Firstly, I want to say thank you to everyone who has been waiting so patiently for my next book to come out. Your continued support is tremendously appreciated! Thank you!
There are a few projects that I am currently working on which I’d like to let you know about.
One is a mature young adult contemporary about a girl who gets thrown out of her home on her 18th birthday. She is trying to finish high school while homeless. She meets a man who wants to help but their first encounter is less than heartwarming and she trusts him about as far as she can throw him.
Another is an adult contemporary romance. This one has been in my mind for months! I can’t say too much yet because it’s in the super early stages. Here’s a tidbit, though: It is set in Aspen, CO.
Finally, and here’s the kicker for any of you who are fans of The Fine Line. Soon after finishing The Fine Line last year, my mind persisted in feeling a huge connection to the story and the characters. I couldn’t seem to let go of them, so I started writing more from the POV of an incredibly unlikely secondary character. Not Liv, and not Logan. I said “goodbye” to it early this year, but this new story (derived from The Fine Line) popped back into my head last week. It came into my mind with such force that I put my current “work in progress” on hold to write more of it.
I’d love to hear your input! Are you interested in reading more from the characters of The Fine Line? Please let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
